Stuart Olson is searching for Laborer that is local to the Fort Saskatchewan & area with experience working in a packaging/warehouse facility. This position is based in the Fort Saskatchewan, AB area. Preference given to local candidates. No camp, travel or LOA provided.

Responsibilities:

• Loading trucks with forklift
• Completing billing paperwork
• Working in a warehouse or packaging facility
• Operating a forklift operator
• Experience working in a tool crib, including issuing, receiving, tracking, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Efficient individual with excellent time management skills
• Able to work in a high pace environment

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is a definite asset
• Forklift ticket
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Safety Tickets:

• CSTS 2020

Working Conditions:

• Must be willing and able to work shift work that includes days and nights
• Working at heights
• Working in a confined space
• Working in and around noise and dust
• Working both indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
• Must be clean shaven
• Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance
• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects
• Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
