Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for Rope Access NDT Level 1 Technicians (PT2) to join our team in the Fort McMurray area.  This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to grow your skills, expand your expertise, and make a real impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment. 

Position Information:

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • 6/1 rotation, 12-hour shifts
  • Need: PT2 &  IRATA Level 1 Certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Fly-in-fly-out from all major hubs in Canada
  • Camp provided
Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods. 
  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. 
  • Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients. 
Requirements
  • CGSB Level 1 Certification (PT)
  • IRATA Level 1 Certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness 
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
