Millwright Supervisor

Stuart Olson is looking for an experienced Millwright Supervisor with a solid background in complex, integrated petrochemical facilities. This role provides leadership and oversight for millwrights working across maintenance, turnarounds, and small capital projects. The successful candidate must be able to travel to any of our sites as operational needs arise. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the demands of high‑hazard industrial operations, and can coordinate teams across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities include: supervise and support millwrights, travel to various company sites, ensure compliance with safety procedures, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support reliability initiatives among others.
