Labourer- Guard Rail Crew, Highway Maintenance

Join our Guard Rail Crew in the Alberta region!

As a Labourer on the Guard Rail Crew, you will assist in the installation and maintenance of guard rails on both highways and other public roadways.

• Assist in setting up work zones and traffic controls.
• Install and repair guard rails.
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Work effectively in a team environment.

• Previous labor work experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a team player and able to take direction well.

Work is predominantly outdoors and may involve exposure to hazardous conditions. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a physical and outdoor environment.
