Position Scope
NACG is looking for a
Journeyman (Journeyperson) Electrician
to work on a remote mining site in the Fort McMurray area.
You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.
For this role, NACG offers a combined gross rate of up to
$68.35/hour
as well as room for growth!
Where You’ll Be Working
Site:
Suncor Base Mine
Schedule:
14x14 (Paid for 12 hrs. Rotating days and nights)
Accommodations:
Camp is not provided. $15/hour Living Out Allowance
Transportation:
Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site (before and after shifts)
Overtime:
Provided after 8 hours a day or 44 hours a week

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing

Electrical troubleshooting and repairs on electric haul trucks and other mining equipment out in the field.

Repairs and maintenance of all equipment and support infrastructure.

Perform prevantitive maintenance and monitor equipment.
Qualifications
What Makes You The ONE

Alberta or Interprovincial (Red Seal) Journeyperson Electrician
-
Must have previous mining experience.

Experience on Komatsu 830 / 930 or other electric haul trucks and shovels is required.

Must be highly motivated, organized and value safety above all.
