PCL Industrial is seeking Journeyperson Carpenters with industrial experience for the Dow F2S Cracker Separation Civil Project located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate or apprenticeship card are an asset - hours of experience will be evaluated
  • CSTS 09 or 2020 Fundamental's
  • ESC Fall Protection
  • Industrial experience required
  • Must be willing to be affiliated with the Carpenters' Regional Council, Local Union 1325.
  • Knowledge of DOKA formwork is an asset
  • Alberta residents preferred

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

  • Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
  • Night Shift
  • 4/10's, with an 8 hour day on Friday and optional overtime Saturday
  • Client & PCL Online Orientations
  • If applying for LOA must complete a drug and alcohol test

Compensation: As per the Collective Agreement PLA Division 8

  • Journeyperson: $51.91/hr + benefits
  • 4th year: $47.62/hr + benefits
  • 3rd year: $42.33/hr + benefits
  • Living Out Allowance (LOA): $150/per day worked for individuals 120km or more from the DOW site
  • Travel In and Out: Starting at $200 for individuals 120km or more from the DOW site
