Class 1 Super B - Oil Hauler

We are currently hiring experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers to operate tractor units with Super B tank trailers hauling asphalt oil and other liquid products throughout Alberta. This position involves highway hauling using sleeper equipped tractors and requires flexibility to work extended trips as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate tractor units with Super B tanker configurations safely and efficiently
• Transport oil and liquid products between facilities and our asphalt plants
• Complete daily trip inspections, logbooks and required paperwork using company paper and electronic systems
• Ensure loads are within legal limits and properly managed
• Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations and site requirements
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors and site personnel
• Report equipment issues, incidents and near misses promptly
• Perform basic equipment care and minor maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with current driver's abstract
• Experience operating Super B tank trailers preferred
• Valid TDG certification
• H2S Alive is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of safe hauling practices and tanker operation
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork
• Ability to work extended trips within Alberta using sleeper equipped trucks
